We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with all included accessories and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, contact us at hello@nex-fold.com. If the return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and shipping instructions. Do not send products to our registered business address or to any warehouse without prior authorization; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.
We cannot accept returns for gift cards, final-sale items, customized products, or products damaged through misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification. Contact us if you are unsure whether an item is eligible.
When a return is caused by a defect, transit damage, or an incorrect item, NexFold will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless required by law.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item after approval and place a separate order.
If an order is delivered into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. The item must be returned in the condition in which it was received, with its accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase.
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact hello@nex-fold.com.
